Return Policy!

Hey everyone! I hope you all love your purchases from Copper & Olive, but I understand that sometimes you need to return an item. Our return policy is as follows :

• 20-day free returns.

To start your return, you can reach out to me and I will send you a prepaid shipping label. You will have 20 days from your purchase date to return your item. Returns will not be accepted after this date.

• Store Credit ONLY

Once we have received and reviewed your item, we will issue you store credit for the amount the item was worth. We do not refund you shipping costs. Item must be in perfect condition with tags still on. We do not accept returns with dog hair, perfume, deodorant stains, cigarette odor, etc. Allow 2-3 business days after we receive your package to issue your store credit.
